We wanted to let you know that our community group is currently undergoing a process of change to serve you better. We’re working hard behind the scenes to improve our model and create an even more engaging and supportive space for everyone.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. It’s little old me behind the scenes, dreaming of bigger things. Please bear with us as we make these updates and apply for funding.

How we Fund Our Services

As a small community group, it has become increasingly difficult to secure regular funding. To keep our support sustainable, we now operate with a mixed model combining fundraised activities with private services.

Donations and grants we will continue to run community events and inclusive activities (like exclusive SEND swimming sessions, seasonal events) at little or no cost to families. These sessions can only happen with donations

Alongside this, i offer private services such as our Back to School Support via teams or telephone, which operate with a small fee. There will be a booking tab to do this from October 1st.

This allows us to provide tailored, one-to-one help and continue supporting families even when funding is limited.

By blending both approaches, we can reach more families, stay responsive to local needs, and keep vital activities running for children and young people with SEND.

Every contribution, whether through fundraising, donations, or small service fees directly supports our mission to create safe, inclusive opportunities for SEND families.
