Post 16 social group

We are offering a new service for Adults 16+with an EHCP, we aim to offer activities that are led by the young adults in helping develop friendships, life skills and most of all have fun.

Sessions Include:

• Outings
• Centre based activities
• Cooking
• Themed Evenings

Part of our work is to embrace the wonderful things everyone can do regardless of a disability or additional needs.
