Kimberley Philpotts is a Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Kim set up the group in 2013 after having a son born with PVL which led him to have multiple problems.
The success of her hard work and sheer determination has landed her with two national awards & five local awards.
She is extremely supportive to the families and runs this around her working hours as a nurse and raising two boys one with disabilities. She loves to work with families and children seeing them smile and enjoy all aspects of life.
Kim also manages medical and safeguarding needs for the centre.

Kim runs the charity alongside her role as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in general practice and urgent care services.
Kassie – Deputy SEND Leader
Kassie works 16hrs a week to support Kim in the vision of the charity, Has years of experience as a Childminder in our locality. Kassie will be responsible for bookings of clubs, Auditing, and monitoring of the service. Kassie also runs the parent and toddler sessions on a monday.

Jess is the lead point of contact for all volunteers, she works 10hrs a week to help develop recruitment in volunteers. Jess has a wide range of skills also to offer the charity in marketing and PR.

Hannah is extremely passionate about working with children with SEN
Niki – Early Years Support Worker
Niki Started at the Charity in 2016 as a volunteer and has since developed into a paid postion. Niki is passionate about Working with SEN children seeing them thrive and have fun.

Layla is studying at university in Sport science and helps in the office 5hrs a week

Bruno is by far the coolest of the gang, you will find Bruno (maybe snoozing) in the office with the girls, he also tags along to the occational charity event to help support the children and the team.
Keith – Volunteer
Responsible for helping with the garden and facilities. Also health & safety operations lead.
Tracey – Volunteer
Tracey Volunteers over 40hrs a month alongside her Job in social care.
Scott – Volunteer
General DIY & Youth support worker, supports management in helping with vital duties such as DIY, trips for the children and being that extra helping hand.
